Nothando Hlophe is the new-age gospel artist that Swaziland has ever seen. She has tapped into her rich voice and that has gained her an extensive following. The number of views that her music video recorded on YouTube are an indication that Nothando’s music is going to a higher level…and also giving us another reason why she is amongst the top ten (10) Swazi artists to watch closely in 2016.

Last year 2015, Nothando was nominated about three times in the National Arts & Culture Awards (NACA). Even though she didn’t win any of those awards, she has never looked back since the beginning of the year (2016). Nothando is heading for greatness. This is evident in her efforts invested towards developing and growing her brand as an artist.
On another note, the gospel singer is looking forward to her upcoming Live-CD Recording, an event which will take place on the 27th of February 2016. The Live-CD Recording will take place at Esibayeni Lodge. On this day, Nothando will be supported by other local gospel artists such as Frans Dlamini, Linda Dlamini, Sibusiso Mthembu, banele Dlamini and many more.
